Event Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to tickets purchased for, and attendance at, events produced or presented by FRSH GROUP LLC, including O Fresh and Chai & Beats shows. By purchasing a ticket or attending an event, you agree to these terms.

Tickets & Entry

• A valid ticket and government-issued photo ID are required for entry. Most events are 21+ unless otherwise stated on the event listing.
• Tickets are valid only for the named event, date, and venue shown on the listing. Venue house rules apply to all attendees and are enforced by venue staff.
• We and the venue reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any person for unsafe, unlawful, or disruptive behavior, or for violation of venue rules, without refund. All attendees may be subject to search as a condition of entry.
• Re-entry policies are set by the venue and may not be available at all events.

Refunds & Changes

• All ticket sales are final. Tickets are non-refundable except where an event is cancelled and not rescheduled, or where required by law or by the ticketing platform's policies.
• Lineups, set times, performers, and programming are subject to change. Changes to supporting talent or set times do not entitle a ticket holder to a refund.
• If an event is rescheduled or its venue is changed, tickets remain valid for the new date or venue. If you cannot attend the rescheduled event, contact us and we will work with you in good faith consistent with the ticketing platform's policies.
• Events may take place outdoors or partially outdoors and may proceed in variable weather. Any weather-related changes will be communicated through the event listing and our social channels.

Photography & Media Release

Our events are professionally photographed and filmed. By attending, you consent to being photographed, filmed, and recorded, and you grant FRSH GROUP LLC an irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free right to use resulting images, video, and audio in which you may appear for promotional, marketing, archival, and commercial purposes across any media, without compensation. If you have a concern about a specific image, contact us at team@djofresh.com and we will review it in good faith.

Assumption of Risk

Live music events involve loud sound, lighting and visual effects (which may include strobe lighting, fog, haze, and cryogenic or pyrotechnic effects where permitted), and dense crowds. You voluntarily assume all risks associated with attendance. Ear protection is recommended.

Conduct

We are committed to events that are safe and welcoming. Harassment, discrimination, violence, or illegal activity of any kind will result in removal without refund and may be reported to authorities. Outside food, beverages, and prohibited items may not be brought into venues, per venue policy.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FRSH GROUP LLC and its members, employees, contractors, and partners are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from event attendance, and our total liability in connection with any event is limited to the face value of your ticket. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Force Majeure

We are not responsible for cancellation, delay, or modification of an event caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including weather, venue closure, government action, public safety concerns, or performer illness. In such cases, our refund and rescheduling practices above apply.

General

• Tickets may not be resold for commercial purposes or used for advertising, promotions, or contests without our written permission.
• These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where the law of the event's location necessarily applies.
• If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
• We may update these terms from time to time; the version posted at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.
